I actually love this picture and find it really motivating. It’s a comparison of what 1 pound of fat looks like that I found when I first started out (thanks google!).
To me, whenever I’ve gotten frustrated with weight or the scale, I think about how many mugs I’ve lost (45 mugs!)!
Visualizing that really puts progress in focus and helps you understand how successful you truly have been. Every pound honestly IS an accomplishment! Next time you’re standing there frustrated or feeling demoralized & demotivated because of how far you have to go, remind yourself how many mugs you’ve already lost and how big of a difference every mug really is!!

a year of progress. it has been officially a year since i started my weight loss blog. 
this was all done the healthy way, with a healthy diet and lots of exercise. 
just need to tone up and get rid of that damn pooch.
